Snicker Doodles
1/2 cup butter or margarine
1/2 cup Shortening
1&1/2 cups sugar
2 eggs
Cream together then add:
2&3/4 cups flour
2 tea. cream of tarter
1 tea. baking soda
1/4 tea. salt
Blend well. Shape into 1- 1 1/2 inch balls. Roll in cinnamon mix. Bake 8 to 10 minutes in a 375 degree oven. Makes three and a half dozen.
Cinnamon Mix
2 Table spoons Sugar
2 teaspoons cinnamon
